Secure One-Time Support Verification
This service is used to verify callers when contacting support for a PBX or telephony system. Each support interaction is protected using a unique, one-time Support PIN.
Support PINs are issued for a single use only and expire after validation, helping prevent unauthorised access, replay attacks, and social engineering attempts.
